Thank you for your interest in getting involved
with our youth ministries! To work with any children in our congregation,
adults and youth must be trained and certified via our Safe Haven Training.
Please follow the procedures below to receive your training and certification.
Safe Haven Covenant Statement:
The congregation of Living Lord Lutheran Church is
committed to providing a safe and secure environment for all children, youth,
and volunteers who participate in ministries and activities sponsored by the
church.
Requirements
for Safe Haven Security Training
Training must be completed once every 2 years.
Steps
for Completing On-Line Training
Step 1. View the
Training Video.
Step 2. Read
the Safe Haven Misconduct Prevention & Reporting Policy.
Step 3. Print
and complete all documents that require a signature.

Background Consent
information (required for overnight event participants)
Step 4.
Answer questions pertaining to video (answers must be turned in with signed
documents).
Step 5. Complete
all forms and return to church office or Nancy Collins’ mailbox.
Your certification card will be mailed to you upon
receipt of forms.
