Kids Hope

Kids Hope is a national mentoring program that Living Lord Lutheran added in 2012 as an outreach program to Bartlett. We started with 12 students and mentors and look forward to growing the program each year. LLLC has partnered with a Bartlett school, Hawk Hollow. Kids Hope is

a mentoring program that works with students that have been identified as "at-risk" children. This program is based around one child paired with one mentor. A prayer partner pairs with the mentor and child, and prays for them weekly. The mentor meets with the child for one hour a week during the school day at the school. This mission not only serves these students, but tries to impact many students of the school that are in need by providing much needed supplies. This is an ongoing program throughout the school year. To make sure the program continues to stay successful, we need mentors, prayer partners, behind-the-program helpers (providers of food and supplies for Kids Hope celebrations throughout the year), and donors (to financially support the mission.) For more information, talk to church staff and they will guide you to the program coordinator. Look for updates in the Living News Weekly and through the eUpdates. As needs arise, they will be brought to the congregation. Thank you in advance for your support and prayers for this important program.
