The Sabbath Center facilitates retreats for individuals and small groups who seek renewed relationships with God and each other. The Sabbath Center is directed by Rev. Steven Myers, a former pastor of Living Lord Lutheran Church. Living Lord’s congregation supports and encourages this ministry of taking sabbath time because it is consistent with the great commission to make new disciples.

Warm Wishes is a not-for-profit organization that provides blankets, comforters, quilts, and sleeping bags to those in need in the greater Chicagoland area. Deliveries are made to overnight shelters, the homeless, or other financially disadvantaged people. Living Lord Lutheran Church serves as a location to receive donated blankets and many church members support this ministry through prayer and by organizing blanket drives, donating bedding items, and making financial contributions.
