Confirmation: A major part of the ministry to seventh and eighth graders is the Confirmation program. The mission of the Confirmation Ministry at Living Lord is to help seventh and eighth graders and their families become faithful followers and disciples of Jesus Christ and learn about the Lutheran movement and faith tradition. This ministry prepares these youth to confirm their faith as Christians and become active members of the congregation.
Our goal is to provide a creative and fun program that encourages students to (1) experience a solid relationship with the Lord; (2) build friendships within a Christian community (small groups); and (3) serve others in community with their small group.
In addition to participating in the Confirmation program, seventh and eighth graders are invited to participate in other exciting Christian-growth experiences including service projects, fellowship nights, retreats, and mission trips. The are also welcome to join the Senior High Youth for SNAC (Sunday Night At Church).
